University professor in physical sciences. He has been coordinator of various international research projects on prehistory and director of various PhD. His own research is dealing with the Anthropology of Art of prehistoric societies and the study of the structuration of paleolithic rock art using data mining and statistical tools. He is the manager of databases on Paleolithic art containing actually more than 30,000 images of parietal and mobile art from 430 sites with an extension to Spanish Levantine art.
