Biografía:
Hans Erich Bödeker was a senior research fellow at the Max Planck Institut für Geschichte in Göttingen (until 2006) and at the Max Planck Institut für Wissenschaftsgeschichte (until 2009). His research has mainly been centred on the history of culture of the early modern period. He was a fellow of the NIAS and held visiting positions at the George Mason University (Fairfax, VI), at UCLA (Los Angeles), at the EHESS (Paris), at the European University Institute (Florence), and at the CIDE (Mexico City).
